Four decades of excellence and innovation
Vidroporto SA is a glass packaging company for beverages and food, focusing on the market for beers, cachaças, ices, wines, cognacs, liqueurs, olive oils, among others.
The company is a privately held corporation, composed of a board of directors and an executive board. It is located on the banks of the Anhanguera Highway, in the city of Porto Ferreira, State of São Paulo. A genuinely national company, it was founded on October 1, 1977 by a small group of businessmen from that city.
It started its first production in April 1981. In September 2018, it acquired IVN – Indústria Vidreira do Nordeste, located on Highway BR 101, in the city of Estância, State of Sergipe, having started its production in February 2019. This was a major milestone for the company, which occupies a prominent place in the glass packaging market, producing several models with different weights and colors.

Vidroporto was founded, initially called Vidroporto Indústria e Comércio de Vidros Ltda. A bold project by 09 entrepreneurs born or linked to the city of Porto Ferreira, in the interior of São Paulo.
Start of construction of the company

1981
After 4 years of being founded, Vidroporto began its activities, with an initial capacity of 30 thousand bottles/day.
December 1981 - Another machine was installed, this time with a double drop, in which two bottles were produced at once, tripling total production.
